| 1970 | Mitsumasa Sato, CEO, established the company in August and started manufacture of motor cylinders. |
| 1973 | Yanaizu plant built. |
| 1975 | Tokyo sales office opened. |
| 1987 | Yanaizu plant built, Osaka sales office opened. |
| 1991 | Nagoya sales office opened. |
| 1996 | Yanaizu plant C built. |
| 1997 | Workshop division separated to establish Cosmic Machinery,Ltd. |
| 2000 | Railway cars lifting system developed. |
| 2004 | Started manufacture of IT(LCD,PDP) equipment. China office opened in Wuxi City. |
| 2005 | The company moved its office operations to Yanaizu. Clean room built. |
